Ingredients For Making Palak Paneer:–
- 1. 300 grams Paneer (Indian Paneer), cut into cubes
2. 500 grams Spinach (Palak), washed and chopped
3. 2-3 green chillies, chopped
4. 1 large onion, finely chopped
5. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
6. 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1 tsp ground garam masala
10. 1 tsp ground coriander
11. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
12. Salt to taste
13. 2 tbsp oil or desi ghee (whichever you like)
14. 3 tbsp fresh cream
15. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
16. 1 tsp lemon juice
Palak Paneer Restaurant Style Complete Recipe:-

1. Clean the spinach leaves thoroughly by adding water and chop them into small pieces. To blanch the spinach, boil it in water for 2 minutes and also add a little salt.

2. Strain the boiled spinach through a sieve.

3. Immediately put it in cold water and let it remain in the same for 1 minute. Take it out of the water after 1 minute.

4. Add ginger, green chillies and little water to the blanched spinach and grind it in a mixer.

5. Put ghee or oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till they turn light brown. When the paneer turns light brown, take it out in a plate.

6. Now add 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee. When the ghee becomes a little hot, add onion, ginger and green chilli paste to it. Wait for all the ingredients to turn light brown.

7. When all the ingredients turn light brown, add the spinach puree to the pan and let the puree cook for 2 minutes.

8. When the spinach puree is cooked, add the fried paneer to it. Let it cook on low flame for few minutes. Now add lemon juice, fenugreek, salt and coriander masala to it.
